The Role

Our Managed Services division are looking for an Administrator to join their recruitment team based in Telford. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with administration skills, to offer excellent service and delivery to our ever growing temporary workforce, client base and staff. The role is offered on a Temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

Duties Include

* Adhering to HMRC regulations for the employment of workers.
* Auditing correct right to work documentation.
* Taking and recording queries from flexi workers.
* Processing new starter paperwork for flexi workers.
* Processing holiday requests and following company procedure.
* Processing payroll of up to 400+ flexi workers.
* Payroll reconciliation, purchase order checking and balancing.
* Processing reference requests.
* Scanning, copying and filing.
* Stock ordering.
* General admin and divisional support.

Ideal Attributes

* Administration experience is essential.
* Payroll or temporary recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Excellent time keeping.
* Organised and methodical.
