Key tasks that will be subject to audit:
Compile and submit a Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
Requisition required materials, consumables, hired plant and IT set up from a bronze, silver
Maintain the site works, including specific risk assessments & method statements.
Arrange and hold the project handover, complete the defects process and comply with all of the Customers requirements for Project Completion. A handover report should be prepare and issued at the meeting/handover.
i)Likely to be educated to HNC or equivalent NVQ level in building.
ii)Posses suitable H&S qualifications inc First Aid, CSCS, IOSH/SMSTS, Asbestos and Fire Marshall certified managing safely accreditation
iii)Possess relevant knowledge in managing construction operations particularly fit out works
