Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Contact Centre Operator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is working FT hours of which you will be required to work 8.30am - 4.30pm and 8.30am - 5pm alternate weeks. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing effective and professional support to customers via telephone, email and fax
- Maintain set KPIs and effectively using the Customer Support Databases
- Liaise with internal and external groups and provide support to the contact centre operators
- Liaise with couriers in regards to arranging collection/delivery/replacement parts and problem
solve courier issues
- Assist the Contact Centre Supervisor in implementation, development and maintenance of
administration systems utilised by the Contact Centre
- Compilation and issue of reports
Essential Attributes
- Competent in all Microsoft packages
- Have a recognised database/spreadsheet qualification experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Time management experience
- Self motivated
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
