Regional Letting/Property Manager Required for Shropshire and West Midlands 12 month maternity cover contract with possible perm position Salary: £28,000 plus car allowance, commission and bonus Our client is a well known, "hassle free" provider of small offices, workshops and fully serviced offices to let on flexible terms. The position will suit a manager from property, lettings or a sales environment, possibly financial sales. As the Regional Manager you will need to be proactive and resourceful, capable of thinking for yourself with strong management skills to ensure your staff provide first rate customer care and sales. You will be responsible for around 10 sites and 8 staff across Shropshire, the West Midlands and South Wales region. While it is initially a 12 month contract there is a genuine possibility that permanent position will be available at the end of the contract. The main aim of the role is to ensure your teams increase occupancy at the business centres. Aspects of the role include: *Letting units and additional services *Networking and building relationships with local businesses and public sector organisations *Managing and controlling expenditure petty cash and banking *Responding to enquiries and carrying out viewings *Participating in exhibitions *Identifying training needs, coaching and developing staff including performance appraisals *Managing holidays and rota's including break times appropriately *Ensuring all staff and contractors provide top level customer service to clients *Local marketing and advertising initiatives to promote the centres *Maintaining all documentation accurately and to the required company level The successful candidate will be: *Previous sales and management experience *Highly organised, able to manage their time effectively and meet deadlines *Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and experience of contractors *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Customer focused, able to create a good first impression and be prepared to 'go the extra mile' *Good IT skills *A quick learner, with a 'hands on' approach to team involvement This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a progressive company that offer great benefits and believe at promoting from within.
